I use the in house prescription service, and in the last 2 years my prescription has been correct on the right day twice. Most of the time it is late, with at least 1 item missing, this is after getting a message saying that it is all there ready for me. Only 1 member of staff seems to care, and trys to sort it out all the other try to say it must be my fault. Please sort the staff out as well, there nearly always a new face behind the counter who does not know who has the CD safe keys or where to find your prescription or the cannot find who has the keys to the safe for the CD drugs. This used to be the best Boots in the area but now well below par.

There is always 'something' wrong here. Prescriptions are hardly ever complete, and I have regular repeats. Pharmacist Staff change too regularly. Its a bit of a disaster really.
