I received a broken silver cover and without knowing that it was broken so some tablets fell on the floor. I cannot get through when I phone the Superdrug 02086703041 and it keep on ringing no one answered. I need a new and sealed medications and not an open one for my protection.

I go every time for a repeat prescription conflating information every time. They told me last week they had no repeat prescriptions for me. They would contact my GP. Monday I got a call telling me I now need to order. I spoke to my surgery who told me that they had prescriptions up until Christmas and that they are done for months in advance I should be on prescription 5. Because I am on repeat it is sent automatically. I would love to say this is a one off but it’s not the staff can be rude as well a bit of a cheek when you can’t get a prescription issued and don’t seem to know from you computer system it was issues by the Dr makes me wonder if they manage prescriptions properly. they took on a contract they have said they can supply clearly not the case. I think they need a visit from the GPHC for inspection. No one ever answers s phone I will be moving pharmacy when my repeats end.

This is a busy pharmacy and I always allow extra time. No queue when I arrived today. Brilliant I thought..... Pharmacist on the phone. Saw me but carried on talking (not sure what about) waited for her to put down phone or at least acknowledge me... She didn't. stood there like a lemon for about 8 - 10 minutes. She continued to ignore me and others who had now arrived and carry on with her phone call. No idea if the phone call was important or not... but even if the phone call was important, just common curtesy with a little nod to our direction to let us know she knew we were there would have sufficed........ Really very poor customer service
