What a delight to find this little gem of a place in Cookham. I don’t live in the area but had to visit to get a prescription for my dad. I was welcomed by both members of staff who were at the counter and then one sorted out my request. We had a friendly chat and within minutes l felt as if I’d been going there for years. The service was so quick and efficient compared to the one in my area that I was really amazed. On the second visit, I was recognised from a couple of days ago and again welcomed by staff. They sent their best wishes to Dad who’s been going there for years. I also wanted to get home a different way as to avoid the event on Cookham moor so the member of staff kindly spent time to explain exactly how to get back home another way. At a time when l was feeling rather frantic the staff were absolutely brilliant. Many thanks.
