I collected a prescription this afternoon, and unwisely failed to check the contents of the bag before leaving. The bag contained totally the wrong medecine, and the chemist is now closed. I am without the antibiotics I needed today. The new management in this chemist has been disorganised, and unless they get a grip, sad times for villagers, who will have to get the bus to get their prescriptions elsewhere.

I went to congresbury chemist on Monday the 28th told. Prescription not come back from drs .so went there again on Wednesday the 23rd prescription still not ready like a queue of people in there I had to wait for the chemist to put it up terrible service no drs surgery now chemist given bad service will check to see if this review is printed !

Posted prescription in box at chestnut close on Saturday 19 th of December ready for collecting on Monday the 21st. Went in to chemist on Monday 28th. No medicine ? Prescription still at drs ?
