I have visited this pharmacy 3 to 4 times in the last few weeks and received appalling service. There was a queue of around 4 people then myself and no staff to be seen what so ever there were plenty of staff behind the counter at least 3 making up prescriptions and at 3 another three staff just walking around shuffling things around and not one of them looked up to notice the massive queue of very disgruntled customers not being served after 14 minutes I had to should could someone please come and serve your customers and a very rude member of staff with a face like thunder (I am sure all that regularly go will know exactly who this is) stomped in and basically snatched my prescription from my hand and took it into the back then came back and started serving the other customers. After they had all been served and left off they disappeared into their own little world again I gave it another 10 minutes and had to again should excuse me am I being dealt with is my prescription ready, to which they very bluntly shouted no its not the pharmacist is busy well by now I was furious, and there again was a huge queue and not one of them had been acknowledged utterly disgusting they need to sort it out and have at least one of the ones walking around doing nothing front of house on the till and dealing immediately with customers arriving at the store I hope they read my review and take notice and do something as I do intend taking this higher to managerial level they all need retraining on decent customer service and get a smile on their faces wouldn't go amiss either. A lloyds upper manager should do a random visit as a customer and you would see service you get is diabolical you'd sack the lot of them. sort it out.

Having used this branch for a number of years, and always being extremely satisfied with the level of service, I was horrified with my experience today.the pharmacy appears to have been taken over by new staff who have changed the working practices of the existing staff. There was a queue out to the door with no-one on the till, staff couldn't find prescriptions, and we were all being kept waiting a long time. I was there for over 20 minutes, and during that time a number of people gave up and left.The shop itself was untidy with boxes of stock waiting to be unpacked on the shop floor and behind the counter. The attitude of the pharmacist who eventually brought out my prescription was rude, and dismissive. Needless to say, I shall have my repeat prescription sent elsewhere in future.
