I took a brand new batch of 12 prescriptions in for my epilepsy drug to find it’s not in stock, 2 weeks later it’s still not in stock so I have to call 111 and mess about getting an emergency prescription, what I was told my the assistant was to call my go and ask for a different drug!! Unbelievable, I then advised her that it’s for epilepsy and you can just go changing drug because you have to stick with what works, they wasn’t even helpful I getting information from there supplier as to when epilem chrono will be delivered to them, I’m so fed up with this whole business of not being able to get my drug that I’ve been on for the last 20+ years, Morrison’s Maidstone Sutton road, place is a joke!

I collected insulin in the store and find the insulin is not dispensing. I took the package back but the manager told me that it is not possible to have problems with medicine collected from them, he told me to go and see see my nurse to show me how to inject the insulin. I told him to check it out but he left in annoyance and another staff came to talk to me. I left to collect another prescription when I noticed they are not ready to help me. Today I went with another prescription and I was in great pain, the manager recognised me from before, warned me not to come to the store again, he was shouting st me repeating that he is the manager, he is the manager. I left confused as I’ve never see any health care practitioner behave in like manner before.
