Came in to switch pharmacies the woman behind the counter said no problem I’ll just get my manager he came from the back of the shop looking at me with disgust and I was immediately asked if I was a methadone patient (I’m not) the manager at the time was extremely rude and unprofessional, I felt insulted by his assumption and told him in future he should try not to accuse customers of being drug addicts, I was dressed in work Clothes as in high vis, work trousers, work boots..maybe I looked a bit tired but in my opinion it’s a nasty remark to make to someone you’ve just met and I felt humiliated by this the manager instead of apologising told me I have a problem and would not be served..I have a problem with coming into a shop to enquire about being a customer and being greeted by an awful horrible rude manager that has zero customer service and instantly insults me.
