I signed up for this pharmacy because it seemed convenient (inside a Tesco), however I have had ongoing problems simply trying to get my prescriptions. I allowed more than their suggested 48 hours notice in order to give them a chance, but they were hardly ever ready on time. I can't actually recall an occasion where there wasn't some kind of problem or delay. I thought I would stick with them a bit longer and give them a chance, after all one of the pharmacists was polite and tried to be helpful. I then started ordering my prescription even further in advance, but even with extra time, they did not have my prescription available. I can't count how much time i have wasted waiting in store, travelling there, wasted journeys, phoning etc. In addition, the pharmacy assistants I have interacted with have been generally unhelpful, clueless, obstructive or sometimes simply just rude. Overall it seems the staff have no idea what's going on, whatever "system" they have in place is not working. I really don't like leaving negative reviews, nor spending my time writing, but the public needs to be informed. If this review saves even one person from dealing with this pharmacy, then it will have been worth me writing it. TLDR: 0/10 would not recommend.

I've been using this pharmacy on and off for over 2 years, as I frequently need repeat medication. On three separate occasions I've been given the wrong medication (both wrong strength and wrong number of pills). When I complained to one of the staff the reply I got was what do you want me to do, it's not my fault. The last time I visited, I was given both expired medication and the wrong number of pills. I complained directly to the management whose excuse was well, sometimes we get very busy and miss things. It beggars belief... I've now transferred to the pharmacy next door.
