A prescription was sent to them electronically and usually follows the next day for delivery. After not receiving the prescription I called.....for over an hour.....no response. I then went to the pharmacy and waited in a queue for 45 minutes to be 'greeted' by a stressed and rude assistant. No apology, no reasoning, simply snapped that I wasn't their only patient. Heaven forbid I should get ill and want my medication. Communication and a better filing system would greatly improve the business set up they have......along with training in how to speak to the public, in particular those who are unwell and likely more than a little stressed themselves.
