Y I have my disabled son's epilepsy medication on repeat delivery. They never get the repeat prescription correct two items are sent instead of 3 and they always blame the drs or some other excuse. The last couple of occasions I have had to go into the shop myself because they failed to deliver again. On the last occasion I rang the shop after 7 days of waiting to remind them I was still waiting for the delivery that was not sent, they said they had the meds and it would be delivered within the next couple of days, it didn't. I rang them on the Friday to ask if the meds was on the delivery that day because they are closed all weekend. I was told my the extremely rude manageress that they could not promise delivery that day, and could I come into the shop to collect! I asked her would they have informed me they were not going to deliver on the last working day & left my son with no epilepsy meds over the weekend? I explained I was at work, could they del that day as they had said, she asked if I could catch public transport to come into the shop instead, despite being at work to collect!! She is extremely rude, interrupts and sounds like a broken record saying we cannot guarantee delivery, blaming everyone else for their poor service. I asked her all she had to do was phone the delivery driver to call into the shop and collect the meds to drop it off at the address. We live 1 mile away. She then said could someone be in the property knowing we were at work. I sent someone to wait, and phoned the manager back, she still had the audacity to argue rudely and repeat cannot guarantee the delivery! She should not be allowed to dispense drugs and play God with people's medication. No empathy does not care, She is on a power trip needs reporting to her senior's. There is a head office email address were people need to complain & let her bosses know how she is treating ill, housebound, disabled patients with her stinking attitude and poor service. she also repeats go some where else if you don't like it! why doesn't she? and do us all a favour, because she would not last 5 min anywhere else. Beware if you come across this awful rude person ask for the email address and lets all complain above her, and let the senior management know. She tried to fob me off with a random phone number. When I asked who I complain too she replied you cannot I'm the manager! But we can love, NHS England, or the head office. I work with patients in a hospital and would not dream of treating them in this manner. Who ever gave her a job has made a big mistake because she is giving the Chemist a bad name and there are some nice staff in there. Learn some customer service skills love and adhere to meet patients needs otherwise quit the job you are useless at! its free!! Ask for the head office email everyone and complain, the more the better, and stop her disgraceful behaviour, she seems to enjoy causing stress, and arguing rather than taking responsibility.
