| We've made it our mission to take the hassle out of prescriptions. To do this, we're changing how we work so that we can give you more choice in how you get your medicines.
Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

the staff may be polite but thats about the only thing this place gets right ive lost count of how many times ive put a perscription in to come back a hole week later and its still not done or how the delivery driver is having a day off when my mothers meds are suposed to be delivered like the time she went without any medication for a hole month and a half just because the driver was on holiday dident even have the courtesy to contact her and let her know it amazes me this place is still open as 99% of the time i get my perscripton its ither missing half of the medication or theres a load there ive not needed or asked for (not been perscribed to me for years) and reppetedly told them that but nothing ever changes and now they keep lowering my mothers perscription without a valid reson will only giver 2 weeks of meds and not a months worth with no reason as to why or even a alternative | |||||||

I have been using this pharmacy regularly for approximately one year.
Whether I contact them over the phone or visit the premises, I have always found them polite, professional and efficient.
I have read some feedback comments regarding the lack of an immediate welcome in the shop and in the same feedback complaints of inefficiency and disorganisation. I disagree. Furthermore, if the staff do take a minute or two to acknowledge customers (which I dispute), it is only because they are completing tasks necessary to ensure a smooth-running and efficient service (about which the same people have also complained).
Just keep doing what you are doing guys and if the prescription cupboard does need an organisational 'tweek' I'm sure you can sort it.
