I subscribed to the Boots prescription collection service and it was a BIG mistake. The service is supposed to collect the prescription for you from your surgery and notify you when this has been done. My prescription is monthly. Every month I have to call this dispensary to be told my prescription has not been collect AGAIN. I therefore rearrange for this to be done only to be told a couple of days later this has NOT BEEN DONE AGAIN. i have consequently been without medication for several days quite a few times (cold turkey). Two visits ago I was given somebody else's prescription and didn't realise this until I had arrived home. POOR SERVICE and they seem to be in total disarray.
