Not been giving out the correct items on prescription, missing vital life saving medications from the prescriptions, also staff non trained pharmacy staff giving advise on prescriptions for example not giving out drugs because reading instructions for the patient saying that they are order when required, instead of noticing its patient instructions use when required. Also the Non Pharmacist Manager, Bad customer service and very rude and if the pharmacy dont like conflict to solve problems they makes stuff up to ban you from other rowlands pharmacy’s during the COVID 19 time and putting lives at risk. AVOID this dangerous pharmacy chain and parent company phoenix healthcare at all costs
