no matter when i put my repeat prescriptions in they are never ready, tried putting them in early as well and still told to call back ,why should pensioners have to turn out again to fetch them, i have even left 4 days before collecting a not ready , i dont see why i should have to keep phoning either, surely if everyone is phoning to see if they are ready its taking up staff time .

Waited 5 days for prescription, got a text after 3days to say it was ready, but not ready when went to collect, went back two days later and still not ready so waited until done,staff not bothered stood laughing and chatting drinking tea and couldn't care less, needs a good manager to improve customer service
