The staff and the pharmacists personify the principles of personalisation. The service the pharmacy offers meets CQC domine. There is clear leadership in the service they are incredibly responsive; they are caring, and they give advice that is patients focus. The pharmacists are extremely helpful and provide quality information. The service they provide is very community oriented. The chemist is an asset to the Leytonstone community with a person-centred approach. I would say this service is outstanding service.

I have been using this little chemist for years off and on.. more on over recent years. I have always received excellent service from the staff and especially the pharmacist. The explain the medicines to you and if something is not available, they order it and deliver it to me even though I live around a mile away. I have been to many other pharmacies over the years and with some of the chains I have found the service patronising and I have also found them unwilling to go that extra mile. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy for being friendly, helpful, consistent and for taking the needs of their customers seriously.
