Totally disgusted with service i suffer a life long chronic illness requring daily medication in order the function the chemist did not order my medication or notify me they had not done so leaving me with a full weekend with no medication. Emergency appointment had to be made to resolve the lack of medication thus wasting valuable NHS resources. Staff offered no help to resolve and were unable to say why they forgot to order. Complaint issued with GP to local health authroity.
