Called into this pharmacy to obtain some advice on an infected thumb, didn't think I needed to visit the doctors. Firstly the assistant asked me to wait and speak to a senior assistant, was happy to do this as there were other customers in the shop. Then waited for about 10 minutes until the senior assistant asked if they could help me. They were not sure what to suggest and asked the pharmacist for advice. They said they would look once they finished serving their customer - well after waiting another 10 minutes (even though the customer had left) I decided enough was enough. Nobody tried to stop me or apologised, after I had been there for approx 20 minutes. I would suggest if you had a prescription then you would be in luck, however avoid if you are looking for some professional advice ......just heading off to another pharmacy.
