I have used this chemist for years. but it has now new staff! unfortunately 2 of the new staff need customer service training. Two ladies dressed in grey make you feel that your in the way? and talk to people in a rude manner. they give dirty looks to customers . on todays visit I was made to feel I was wasting their time when I asked for my prescription which they said would be ready on Monday. I called in today for it . they couldn't find it . I had to repeat my name 4 times then said its not been done . so had to wait for it I don't recommend this chemist bring back the old staff
