When I arrived at 6.30pm on a Saturday having checked thar the pharmacy was open I was met by 4 customers being refused service by the staff who appeared to be despair. The staff refused any service and the customers became angry. Repeated requests to see the manager were refused and instead security staff attended. Eventually the staff reunctantly began serving people. It seems inexcusable to me that Tesco appear not to understand the importance of access to medication and it should follow a different business model to the rest of their operations. Truly appalling. |

Repeatedly the worst pharmacy service. I can predict that, despite getting a text message to say my prescription is ready, it NEVER is! There will be the search through their weird filing system, then on to the next system, then back to the first one, then on to the computer, then a word to the Pharmacist, to be told it’s not ready. You would think in this electronic age that a more efficient system could be introduced? So badly managed and it doesn’t matter who is on duty the standard is always the same - shocking!!!! |

Shocking service always queues, one person serving, they continually make excuses no staff, 5 days behind with prescriptions. It has been like this for months needs fixing. |
