The pharmacy has a very slow service, although there are usually more than 3 members of staff at one time. Recently i went in for a medication, which i requested to both the dr and pharmacist must contain no alcohol. The pharmacist told me this prescribed medication did not contain alcohol. However, once I got home and read the ingredients, it clearly stated alcohol. I then returned to the pharmacy for an alternative or refund and was told neither were available. The pharmacist stated the label may say alcohol, but there is no alcohol in the medication. I then checked this with another pharmacy and was told it does contain alcohol. So now my doctor has called me to apologise, and see if the doctor can find an alternative, but cannot do anything about the medication i have already purchased. Very dissappointed by the lack of professionalism by the pharmacy and the lackadaisical attitude he had. Original Comment Report... |
