SInce Tuesday this week (23rd April) until today 26th April I have called the surgery 68 times and been in 5 times, my husband has called them 26 times over the same timeframe. Neither of us has yet got through to the surgery. My husband had major surgery on 12th April and is unable to drive and get to the syrgery, I am at work al day so am getting frustrated at having to go in to ask simple questions only to get told to call after 10 the next day!! All we require is a repeat prescription and a continuation fit note to cover his recuperation time, diabolical service!!
