Went to Asda mount pleasant hull for our flu injections it was brilliant no waiting about and the pharmasist was lovely |

This is not first time when wrong tablets had been issued. My Go was changing my antidepressant every month as stuff didn’t work. I alway was understanding as repeat prescription and changes not mixing well. Then I had antibiotic staff said they don’t have full dosage but if I am happy to come back tomorrow they can give Me what they have. I agreed, in the end of the day I was there each day just to find out that tablets didn’t come... from Monday till Friday... then today I got wrong dosage of antidepressants. I should have 225 they gave me 75. Tomorrow I am going away and any withdrawal making me dizzy , I am driver... nice. I come back to pharmacy to find staff ready o leave not to deal I with one unhappy customer. Very rude gentlemen was questioning me who give me tablets ( your staff)and when I said that dosage is too low and I showed him my old tablets (the same pharmacy gave me 2 different dosage of the same stuff) I asked if I will have to pay for increased doze / second pack, he said yes. I questioned this saying I already paid for my meds and there was 1 item on prescription. Anyway gentlemen said he will have to verify this with my go. Ok as I have 75 at home I asked if that is ok to take 3 of them... so he decided that I can’t as my gp had to lower dosage! Really?! He put me on highest as I am awaiting for my assessment with mental health! Then he decided I should leave tablets with him and if I don’t do this I will have to pay for others! I don’t know why they gave me 2 different dosages to make up to 225 I can only guess. When I asked for some proof that I left already paid tablets with him, he simply refused... I do understand he badly wanted to go home but being rude and unhelpful when mistake is their?! Too much for me to bear with. I will never again buy antything from them! Original Comment Report... |
