I had phoned ahead of visiting to see if Falkland Pharmacy could help. Having left my medication at home in Portsmouth whilst working in Chandlers Ford and the need to take it becoming urgent, Falkland Pharmacy advised to attend the shop because they had what I needed in stock. The pharmacist went above and beyond to ensure I was able to treat the immediate need and organised obtaining a prescription from my GP surgery over the phone. I have been taking this medication for 18 years and this is the first time I have forgotten to carry it with me when so far from home. Whilst I will not intentionally do this in the future at least I know there is a pharmacy happy to help only a short distance from my place of work. The pharmacist was very polite, knowledgeable and did everything he could to assist with the problem I found myself in. Would recommend.

As a carer for my wife I regularly visit Falkland Pharmacy to collect prescribed medication, at the same time I am often in need of other medical supplies pertinent to my wife’s health or advice with all matters medical. I have found that the service and patient caring attitude goes a long way in coping with distressing circumstances brought on by my wife’s health. A recent example: the Pharmacist witnessed my wife have a nasty fall near to the Pharmacy I was not at home or contactable so he brought her home in his car while also telephoning the surgery so that they were prepared to attend to her later. I cannot speak too highly of the care we receive at Falkland Pharmacy it goes some way to ease the added stress and work that goes with the role of caring that I unexpectedly find myself carrying out Many thanks to all the staff at Falkland Pharmacy
