Awful, rude, unhelpful staff that shouldn't even be in a customer facing role. Don't answer the phone and when they do they are almost aggressive. Took almost 24 hours to complete a simple prescription sent directly from the GP and they don't seem to follow their stated opening times at all. Honestly... I was shocked how bad they are so do yourself a favour and go somewhere else if you can. Lloyds, sort your sh*t out!

Absolute shocking service! Took 20 minutes to collect a pre-ordered prescription which should have been ready and waiting. When I questioned the waiting time, the staff were disinterested and try to blame me for using the echo system. Will alway now use a different pharmacy even though this is the nearest. Also tried to pick up a dental antibiotic prescription but was told the form needed a dentists name and an ID code. Just took it to peak pharmacy : no issues and in and out within 7 minutes.

The most unhelpful pharmacy. They don’t know their own opening hours. Told me a certain product didn’t exist though I found it at another pharmacy. Pity they don’t sell out to another company.
