Horrible experience and dismissive customer services. I went two days ago to this pharmacy and bought a ThermoScan 3 IRT 3030 for 34.99£ to use with our 8 year child as she is unwell and I need thermometer urgently . I took 3 readings as soon as got back home and it gave very varying temperatures, varied from 37.0 to 38.4! Had no faith in using it so came back a few hours later to return the product as it is totally unreliable and faulty and the manager in the pharmacy refused to refund or exchange it as said was working to his opinion although he tried himself and was not accurate at all. I let him know I need it to work properly and I did not want a faulty product . He did not give me any choice or help at all rather than to contact the brand directly.They should be responsible for what they sell if they sell faulty products.
