To whom it may concern, I have been having stomach pain with diarrhea for the last two days. Contacted my GP on line by filling out a form. They replied that my Chemist should be able to help. Went to the Chemist explained that GP said they should see me, the pharmacy said that he was to busy to see me that the counter staff should see me. I said that they are not clinical, he responded by saying just see what they can do. It was obvious that they were not sure of what they were doing, just wanted to sell me medicine that was not appropriate. Requested to make a complaint about the way I was being treated, they would not give me the information of their complaints procedure. I took a picture of the address of the Chemist. As soon as I took the picture the pharmacy that was so busy came from behind the counter shouting at me saying that there was no referral I tried to show him the confirmation on my phone but he became very aggressive towards me and shouting, had to remind him that he was a professional and don't speak to me in that tone of voice, then he said I was being aggressive and abusive and that I was not to come back or else he would call the police. Told him to call the police and will still make a complaint with that he stuck his fingers at me. I can see he was trying to aggravate me, so I left in tremendous pain.
