This branch appears to have abandoned the texting service when a prescription is in. So far (Jan-Oct) they have consistently failed to text when my prescriptions were ready. Each time they've apologised, said it shouldn't have happend, and promised it wouldn't happen next time. Sure enough, after a fortnight's wait I've rung only to be told they should have texted and they're sorry.
