I ordered a prescription for myself and paid. When my husband collected it for me a week later he was charged again - not realising I had already paid. We returned to question this and was spoken to rudely and was implied we were trying to "con" the out of £8.50. I have emailed the head office twice and have had no reply/acknowledgement.
