For many year Michael, the owner ran the business very professionally and efficiently, always having time to speak with customers. Sadly since the business has been sold it has fell apart at every level. Dysfunctional does not even go close to describing it. Every visit to obtain prescribed medication is a frustrating task, resulting in staff going out the back, climbing over the boxes and unopened deliveries. The service is screaming out for organisation and training of the half a dozen people who stand out the back, waiting for the next treasure hunt for a prescription to arrive! Please come back Michael and train these staff/new owner on the basics of running a chemist/business

You can stand in this chemist and wait for a day before anyone will ask if you need help, they are moody rude and never have any stock everything has to be ordered, so a prescription will take you 7 days before get it. And today was confirmed by the pharmacist that profits come before people. This chemists used to be fantastic when Mr Astons was there, but as usual people take over and it all goes to sh1t because all they are concerned about is making enough money to send home.
