I would like to thank staff for service above and beyond! I contacted the store for replacement pads for my Lloyds tens machine, they were out of stock both in the Verwood store and click and collect on-line. I have recently had surgery and am currently using my machine daily, I explained this to the assistant who informed me that their branch were also out of stock but they then offered to phone around and try and locate some and arrange a 'handover' at an impending staff meeting. This they duly did and left a message to say they had arrived. They made a big effort to help and I am very grateful.
