I went to collect my husband's medication on 10th October. I was handed everything he ordered apart from 1 item. He's Type 2 diabetic and needs 2 injections per day (not insulin). I returned 5 days later and was told there was no pharamisist on the premises, could I call back later. I collected the item today, 1 week latera and asked if his records could be flagged, before I had chance to explain why the lady replied with one word, no. I wanted to ask for a flag to be put on his record as soon as they got the electronic prescription from the doctor to make sure the said item was in stock and ready to be put in the fridge so that it could be collected with the rest of his meds. I always have to go back for the missed item. Her excuse this morning was that they are having difficulty obtaining various meds when they order them for stock.
