Shocking service 7 days to deliver my meds just a stone's throw away from my flat, I use a wheelchair, so can't get into the pharmacy, they promised me delivery on Fri then Monday, 3 times had to ring them up, stress causes my condition to be 10 times worse on top of having no meds, lost my rag with them on the phone because they bulshitted to me twice, never use these guys again, the service stinks.

recently visited pharmacy to see if we could arrange prescription service for mum and dad who have recently moved into this area. Saw Lorraine who was most helpful, explained the service, contacted GP, and just took it all out of our hands and will deliver prescription next week. thank you so much to Lorraine for making it so easy . Mum felt valued and looked after.
