really unsatisfied with the service I received tonight (02/01/18)from the (male) pharmacist- there was a problem with my repeat online prescription- which was (according to my online order ) issued by the gp on 27/12/2017- I went into stroud tesco pharmacy twice after that date- they had no record of the prescription either time, as I was due to run out of tablets i phoned my gp surgery this morning and asked them to print me a paper copy- collected this and took it into tesco-no problems with getting the prescription filled but thought i should let the staff there know that there had been a problem somewhere in the system because they had not received the prescription request from the gp-I found the male pharmacist who dealt with me did not listen when I tried to explain the situation , was patronizing and said i was wrong when i stated that the paper copy had been printed today and that I had phoned to request a printed copy this morning (because the date on it was when the gp agreed/issued the request) . I left the shop with this unresolved due to his refusal to listen properly to and accept what i was saying
