i work in pharmacy and we had a patient wanting an item for a prescription but we didnt have this item in stock, so i called round other pharmacies in the area for them to see who had the item in so the prescription could be taken there, called TESCO pharmacy was hung up on 4 times, then the phone just rang through 4 times. 15 minutes later i rang tesco store they took the phone up to pharmacy, i spoke to the responsible pharmacist on duty and their words were, its 5:35 now and we close at 6:00 so we wouldnt have time to dispense the script. Being a dispenser myself it only take 5-10 minutes to dispense one item on a prescription not half an hour. outrageous.

I rang ahead in the morning to check thst they stocked Colief as our little one was struggling with her feeds. Phone was answered promptly and after a quick check i was informed they had nearly a draw full and given the price. I called in after work, was served by a cheery member of staff who double checked what I wanted it for and then joked that it's not cheap for what you seem to get. (Tiny bottle but its used in drops so 40 odd feeds worth) I paid and joked back it's worth the peace and quiet it will bring. All in all, a pleasant shopping experience and the staff were both friendly and efficient. Would recommend using them.

I went in today, for the second time, (7/01/2015). The pharmacist looked into my direction several times and didn't greet me or even hint to how long I will have to wait. After several minutes of waiting patiently I made them aware I was waiting for them yet they carried on doing their own thing. Eventually they came over, didn't apologize, and asked me what I wanted. I payed for my medicine, and went off to do some shopping as I was told it would take 10 minutes to get ready. As I returned to collect my medication, I was handed it over. I said thank you and carried on, on my way, however as I walked on, I heard someone ask the pharmacist if they should chase me as I haven't paid for my medication, even though I did. I find this very unprofessional and most certainly won't be visiting again.
