Having done a repeat prescription with my surgery the previous week I was quite surprised to be told that there was nothing ready for me to collect but after checking on the computer they told me it would be made up and ready to collect in 10 minutes. This has happened on more than one occasion so leads me to wonder if they only ever fill prescription requests when someone goes in to collect it and not have it ready in advance when the surgery request it. Other people sat waiting also said they were experiencing the same scenario.
