My issue is the Pharmacist, or may she is the Manager, who is constantly barking to the staff how to arrange shelves, where to put products etc which seems like staff training that should be done before/after opening Hrs. While we wait for prescriptions the public hear this woman being really very rude to the staff and appears to be a case of bullying. I'm not happy to listen to her and how she treats the team and someone needs to report her and investigate this bullying attitude. Despite her rudeness to them the staff are perfectly polite with customers while I am sure under stress in that shop. If her manner continues I will move to collect my meds from Boots in Clapham High St but this does not negate her attitude to members of staff but I hate that this bullying goes on unreported. Someone authoritative body need to look at this woman/this Pharmacy in Clarence Ave, SW4 as customers hear her manner while waiting.
