Prescription is never ready even after waiting a week and then not completed had to go back for things not in stock. When I went back 5days later it still wasn’t ready! I then had to wait another 20 minutes for them to put it in a bag even though there was only one other person waiting. This is not a one off situation happens every time. If you look on Facebook there are a lot of people moaning at the moment. What are you trying to achieve? Don’t blame COVID this is a wage saving situation. While I waited I heard a lady ask for paracetamol for the pain in her arm, you didn’t have any!!! She went away with nothing instead of being advised to go to the local shop . I would welcome your comments and to know what is going to be done.
