What a dreadful experience. Asked assistant who was stocking shelves if there's anyone serving on perfume department. She said I'll be with you in a minute. I asked her if I could try a perfume. She sprayed it& turned her back & locked the perfume away.i said I'll think about that one.i asked her if she had any Ted Baker.she pointed to the cabinet the Ted Baker perfumewas& said yes there& walked away to carry on stacking shelves.i had £500 to spend on perfumes.a treat from My husband. I was left shocked that she just left me.shame on her.i shall look at other stores to spend my money.that is the last time I will ever shop in your store again.she is the reason you have lost a good sale today

No eye contact.not a word spoken.she put the bottle back & locked the cabinet.i said I'm not sure about that one.ill have a think.my husband treated me .gave me £500.to purchase adifferent makes.i then asked if she had any Ted Baker? She pointed at the cabinet they were in& said yes there& walked away.im not sure if she went to re stack shelves?I stood there amazed.i am so upset& disappointed at the way she treated me.if she doesn't like her job.let her go & get someone who treats customers with respect. I shall go to another outlet to choose my perfumes.she has lost you a good sale today

I’ve just tried to buy some Medical XLS - the pharmacy refused to sell them to me because I wouldn’t give them my weight (in front of a packed shop) despite clearly not being underweight. When I told them my weight they then refused to sell them to me because they said I didn’t tell them when they first asked! I have never been so humiliated in all my life. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
