Anyone whom is thinking taking trip for your flu jab there isn't any at Andover Day Lewis. I was told last week they would be in this week by foreign member of staff whom said it will be first come first serve basis. /that's ok/ I've had wasted trip again even tho I've tried repeatedly phoning know one picks up even abig sign get your flu jab just qued up for ten minutes the pharmacy can of used there Initiative put sign in the window. Not sure if old regular staff have all gone as it had run smoothly / Efficiently/ good people skills. Seems the staff at present don't have alot of Desire for lacking in good communication seem disorganised / lack in friendly approach Very disappointed when it used too be a lovely pharmacy appears they can't cope with demand Ever need get more staff in.
