I have had an absolute horrendous experience at this Pharmacy and from reading other reviews I am surprised they have customers . Both the Pharmacist and serving staff should be sent on a customer service and people skills course on how to speak to customers. Theses staff members are allowed to be forward facing with customers and vulnerable members of public the attitude and behaviour of staff here is unacceptable and I will be writing an official complaint to the head office. No one should be treated with disrespect especially by people in this profession. My story. I come out of my doctors with an over the counter medication advice. This medication was the only thing that I can potentially have.The paramedic was great and seeked additional advice from a doctor within the surgery to check if I could have over the over the counter medication due to my condition. The doctor stated they are not 100% sure however, told me to double check with the pharmacist. When I attended the pharmacy I stated word for word what I had been told and advised. In a shop full of other customers. I was questioned by a lady behind the desk who had a extremely bad and poor attitude towards me whilst giving me a patronising look. I was then passed to the pharmacist again I explained word for word what I was originally told and the pharmacist questioned me as well as the Pharmacist being very patronising and coming across as if she did not know her job or what medication I could have. I left without any medication and went to another pharmacy where staff treated me with the respect people deserved I wasn't questioned once by there staff and straight away the pharmacist there checked for me without hesitation. The pharmacist here stated it wouldnt be safe for me to take this medication however, suggested other alternatives I could take.
