Asda superstore nuneaton is a brilliant store & i have never had any issues with anyone who works there.I always find the staff helpful & friendly. As a carer for a vulnerable person i decided to nominate asda pharmacy as our main pharmacy as it would be convenient to shop & then collect medication at the same place. The alarm bells started ringing when i called them to ask about the process of ordering medication & it seemed to take 3 people including the pharmacist to answer a simple question but i put it down to miscommunication & went ahead & nominated them. This was my first & last experience with ordering meds from this pharmacy & taking my gps advice chose to remove them as my pharmacy. The arrogance,dishonesty,inconvenience & incompetence i experienced from a few individuals at this pharmacy was enough to put me off this pharmacy for life. This review is simply to advise any elderly,vulnerable or carers for people who cant order their own medication to steer well clear of this pharmacy. I can only advise this following my interaction with this pharmacy in person & also online. I was told by this pharmacy to take my godly expectations to some other pharmacy after a day after i already informed them i did not want to return to their pharmacy & would be choosing another pharmacy. They also made some baseless accusations in a reply to a previous review that they would not make publicly as it would result in legal action. Godly expectations? The only expectations i have of people handling vulnerable peoples meds are clarity,honesty,basic manners & competence which the individuals i had contact with at this pharmacy lacked in abundance.
