No regard for customers, rather unload boxes then see to a queue . No acknowledgement of you while waiting, then curt answers back when you say something. Then go on to talk about you to another colleague in front of you. Terrible service will be going someone else for my prescription.

We, the public, are told to seek the advice of pharmacists to ease the GP burden, but, as far as Boots (Freshney Place) is concerned, just trying to speak to one results in a need for anti-anxiety medication. Nobody answers the telephone for hours at a time. Pharmacist or GP? Devil or deep blue sea? Very poor service.

Use the tablet delivery service but the delay from them receiving the prescription from the doctor to the delivery date is unacceptable. It should not take so long to get delivery for vulnerable customers. Phoning to chase is pointless as phone never answered.
