Rude staff. Always blame suppliers for meds not being in store, transport of medication late. Staff say they will text or phone you to say when meds are in, not once have they kept to their word. Never answer the phone. Blame queues for long wait. Have given me another persons meds. I pointed that out. No apology. When you call back the day staff advise you meds will be ready. Meds are not ready or in? Staff very quick to say you can go to another pharmacy if meds aren't ready, not realising, it sounds unprofessional and uncaring.

Attended this pharmacy as it was 7pm and I needed a professional opinion on suspected tonsilitis (despite the previous negative reviews, I was limited for options). We are always advised not to waste GPs time after all. The assistant understood and asked the pharmacist. He reluctantly came to the counter after much persuasion, albeit doing his best impression of a teenager who’d just had his Playstation taken off him for not cleaning his room. He said we can’t prescribe antibiotics. I said, I just want a professional opinion/advice, if that’s ok? He then said he’d take a look for me but then swiftly followed with “I can’t look I haven’t got the equipment”. Equipment? Use your eyes. For reference, the NHS website recommends getting advice from the pharmacist for suspected tonsilitis (amongst most other medical complaints). Couldn’t believe what I was hearing. So unhelpful.

Not a good service at all staff are rude and not helpful. Always a big que and wait. They do not have good stock everytime I go they tell me they do not have all my prescription only half of it which then leads to other problems trying to get stuff. Last time they did not have my medication and told me I had to wait for it to be delivered, when I said I cannot wait a week I was told to go to A&E ?? Disgusting will always go to Lloyd's pharmacy from now on
