GREAT SHAME , Mr.Shadforth when Jose left a year ago. The prescription today wasn't even started, and I went into Western Rd Surgery on Wednesday early afternoon to order. New lady Pharmacist this morning said they never received till last night.!!! You need staff to be on their mettle and liase with all the Doctors in this area. Jose could do a Prescription for me , 2 packets in 24 hours. There's different people dispensing all the time not ideal. I realise you are under more pressure as Lloyd's shut 18 months ago or more and only Boots now to help. So why not employ more older staff who know what they are doing ,like Jan originally from Lloyds, the young girls not on the ball at your counter and no tablets again ready today. This happened in mid December when my tablets weren't ready after 3 days and I had to walk around Billericay for hour half, I am 76 now, and really this is now a POOR Service. I wonder if you would want to keep walking up our steep hills in order to go for a walk again ,as my order not even started. Very disapponinted in Shadforths now, another person I met i there today said the tablets are always running days late. but this morning 9.25 am they walked out with their package. Hurrah Act now on employing more Pharmacists who can organise their work like Jose. Fed up Pat lane and many others complaining but can't be bothered to write to you.

Unfriendly brusque approach by one lady, you don’t know the reasons why so careful not to judge but they were my two experiences. Also a lady wanted lateral flow tests and couldn’t use the online ordering, no help offered.
