After visiting the pharmacy today to collect a prescription, the lady serving us told us that the pharmacist is checking the prescription. After a few minutes my mom jokingly said to the woman what’s she doing counting every pill? The lady said no, I thought exactly the same before I worked here, but it has to be done as it protects everyone. My mom then said I’ll have to get a job here then so I understand (my mom was laughing and joking with her) the lady then very rudely said, no you wouldn’t, I wouldn’t want to work with someone like you. After finishing our shopping we couldn’t believe the comment she made and how rude she was. Normally staff are very nice and polite but we’ve never seen this lady before so I’m guessing she’s new & needs to brush up on her customer service skills.
