Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I’ve been trying to call for 5 days and even emailed regarding a prescription and no one ever answers or replies would love to know if anyone knows how to answer a phone there | |||||||

I have visited this pharmacy many time in recent months and they are always so helpful and understanding. On one occasion I needed my medication and couldn't get to the pharmacy until late. They didn't have it, but they rang around to find somewhere that did.
Recently, I went in for advise about a wound and was given great help and support.
I could not recommend this place more. Honestly fantastic. Original Comment Report... 25 minutes waiting for my prescription and I am still waiting! Awful customer service, unorganised, arrogant pharmacist. This used to be a great pharmacy up until this year when Well took over.
