I'm not sure where to start with this review as I have lots of great things to say about this particular pharmacy and all its staff members who I see almost on a weekly basis and have done since i was severely injuried in the bosley explosion so I'll try my best, here goes.... Right from the 11th August 2015 the day i was discharged from Birmingham hospital all the staff members have been amazing with me and have even gone above and beyond to help get my prescriptions to me when I needed them, making phone calls to my doctors on my behalf and even just serving me from the counter with a smile (a smile goes far, Right?) It sure does with me especially when my confidence and self esteem has been pretty low on days (as I'm sure you can imagine) but these ladies without fail always managed to put a smile on my face as I left the store. Customer service at it's finest right there, So thank you ladies once again. I have an amazing team working with me from consultants to doctors to appointments and even physio and all of which are only sustainable once I've received my medication from the team at London road Macclesfield so I'd like to take this opportunity to thank each and every staff member there so thank you very much for just being so kind and understanding of me i truleu do appreciate everything you have done for me in my time of need. My 2 year old son has recently been diagnosed with a rare disease called HSP the disease has no formal treatment and has been so painful for my little boy. Feeling helpless I contacted the team at London Road who had no previous knowledge of the condition and rather than referring me back to the hospital the pharmacist took the time to research the condition and advise me on the best pain relief for my little boy i really appreciate the time the pharmacist and team have spent looking into my individual and rare case which could of easily been referred to my GP or hospital

This is an excellent pharmacy. Having dealt with various pharmacies in a 35 year period of chronic ill health, I can highly recommend the kindness, caring approach and expertise of the staff. Two of my close family members have suffered from terminal cancer in a short space of time and I have been the main carer. The staff at this pharmacy could not do enough to help. They found out information, ordered what I needed, rang to let me know they had items, liaised with other health professional and were a huge help all round. Excellent service. Thank You!
