I get my perscriptions at Lloyds cogges hill pharmacy monthly and the staff are always very friendly and lovely to talk to, nothing is too much effort. I went to the surgery today after feeling awful for the past week and I was less than satisfied with the doctors response so went to ask the pharmacist for advice because I felt so ill I was writing my will and testiment! I put my perscription in and asked to see the pharmacist and within a minute the pharmacist came out and could recall my name and even regular meds I take. They took me to a consulting room and listened to what I was experiencing and talked through with me what might have caused this slow and painful death like feeling I was experiencing (im not good with being poorly). They then gave me advice on what may help and what I should do. The pharmacist is brilliant at their job and deserves credit for going out of their way to be so proffessional, yet treats people like a friend giving advice which is fantastic because it makes you feel comfortable to be open about any issues . I highly recommend the pharmacy. Im not sure of the pharmacist's name. Thank you so much!

This small local pharmacy is a wonder. Staffed by pleasant, cheerful knowledgeable people they produce a great service in a busy neighbourhood. I have lived in many different areas and several countries and this pharmacy is absolutely at the top. Concerned , informed and efficient it is everything someone could ask for.
