I will quantify this review by stating that every pharmacy attached to a doctors has, in my experience, issues over ownership of problems and communication. Neither of these things should be used as a stick to hit customers over the head with but they invariably are. Waiting for painkillers that are absolutely necessary or medicine for anxiety and depression shouldn't require repeated phone calls with the pharmacy blaming reception and reception blaming the pharmacy. Get your act together. If I ring the doctors reception and the prescription has gone over to the pharmacy I don't expect the pharmacy to tell me it hasn't. Tell me you'll ring me back and get it sorted. It's all very well the doctors reception and the pharmacy having a prominently displayed sign saying people should treat them with respect (I'm paraphrasing) but that should be a two way street. The people you're dealing with aren't there because they want to be, sort yourselves out.
