Not sure if the staff have changed since 2019, but would strongly agree with the comments from the 22nd December. Awful customer service. Arrived at 17.40 pm on Friday evening the shop closes at 6pm. Waited outside as 2 people in the shop (maximum allowed) at 17.45 pm told they couldn't do my prescription and to go to Tesco or the pharmacy down the road on the left. Could understand if arrived any later, totally inconsiderate, rude and unhelpful.

Avoid this Pharmacy at all costs...Ordered a Christmas present to be collected from here as they offer click and collect service. Had an email to say my order was ready to collect but when I got there it had apparently not arrived yet. Absolutely awful customer service from the three women there, was told there was nothing they could do about the mysteriously missing parcel. Had no choice but to call customer services where I received a much friendlier attitude and was informed that my parcel had been “lost in transit” ... I don’t think so! Anyway, was refunded the full amount, but it is the last time I will ever purchase anything from Lloyd’s pharmacy! BEWARE!!!
